Jacobus de Voragine: Legendario de’ Sancti novamente stampado (= Legenda aurea). Venedig: N. a. D. de Sandro 1505. 31,5 x 21,5 cm. Contains approx. 120 small woodcuts in the text, approx. 50 half-page woodcuts in the text (mostly colored), and several woodcut borders. 352 (instead of 358) numbered leaves (erroneously listed as 368). Modern parchment with a handwritten title on the spine
(The folio numbering is heavily flawed. Pages d1, B4, D1 + 4, E1, and R3 are missing. Some pages have gaps, underlayments, and repairs with minimal loss of text. Some finger stains and brown spots. There are adhesive patches, tears, and underlayments. The woodcuts are, in some cases, somewhat crudely colored.)
