Kumbum Dschamba Ling is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery dating from the Ming Dynasty, around 1560. Filchner explored the monastery and the surrounding region beginning around 1926. It is considered one of the six great monasteries of the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism. Without the dust jacket.
