Henze III, 43 – With the very rare dust jacket. In 1894, Klose was sent by the Colonial Department of the Foreign Office to Misahoe, where he undertook various expeditions. Apart from the triangulation of Lake Togo, the contours of which were previously unknown, he travelled through Kpando, Kete-Kraschi, Salaga, Bassari and Sugu.
