Collection and shipping

Once you have won an item, you can collect your purchased goods in person immediately against payment of the invoice.
This is possible at any time during the auction days, otherwise our opening hours apply.

Customers who do not collect their auctioned items in person will have them dispatched by a parcel service at their expense and risk.
In addition to the cash postage expenses and costs, appropriate insurance, a flat rate will be charged per parcel for packing material, packing wages and dispatch handling.
Framed pictures are always sent without glass and frame. Parcels sent overseas are always sent as airmail parcels.

If your auctioned items are not suitable for parcel shipping, we will help you find a suitable forwarding agent.
If you prefer to have your items shipped by a forwarding agent, we will help you to contact them and organise the process.
