A rare romantic-historical tale set in the Bohemian Forest, taking place in the 15th century and written entirely in the style of the popular 19th-century adventure and outlaw literature. The story centres on the eponymous Zampa, the ‘outlaw girl’ from the wild landscape of the Bohemian Forest. - One copy is held in the ‘Collection of German Prints 1801–1870’ at the Johann Christian Senckenberg University Library in Frankfurt am Main.
