"Und sein Haus steht in Flammen" (sheet 18 from: Los Caprichos). Aquatint etching on laid paper. Sheet size approx. 30.2 x 19.5 cm; plate 21.5 x 15.3 cm. Harris 53, III, 1st edition. – A beautiful, crisp print with strong contrasts. Slightly smudged at the left-hand margin.
(Minor signs of age and a few minor stains. An old adhesive mark on the reverse, near the left-hand edge.)
