The last page of the index, the first page of the text and the reverse of the last plate contain scribbles in blue coloured pencil. Plate XXXXVI has a small tear at the edge. Browned and with foxing in places.)

It contains numerous descriptions of newly established or modified orders of chivalry and decorations, as well as supplementary additions to the main work. The plates depict orders from the Kingdom of Afghanistan, the Argentine Republic, the Republic of Bolivia, the Empire of Brazil, the Kingdom of Greece, Hawaii, the Republic of San Marino and many more.
