Brown half-leather, with deep blue endpapers. Title embossed in gold on the spine, with ornamental spine decoration and a vignette on the cover. Marbled endpapers. Marbled edges.
(The cover is scuffed and bumped, stained and discoloured. There is water damage along the top edges. Some areas show more pronounced age-related staining.)
